RATES

The cost of the villa for 2009 / 2010 is:

November to March £440 per week / £740 with van

April to May £825 per week without van / £1125 with van

June to September £1100 per week without van / £1400 with van

October to November £825 per week / £1125 with van

Discounts for longer lets (Winter only).

Arrive Saturday after 2pm and leave Saturday before 11am

From November to March lets are available to start any day of the week.

PLEASE NOTE TRANSFERS FROM AIRPORT AND RETURN TO AIRPORT ARE NOT INCLUDED. THIS IS PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL 60 EUROS EACH WAY

A reservation deposit of £300 per week is payable on the villa booking. The balance six weeks prior to departure. If your booking includes the van a deposit of 300€ / £200 is required which is payable on arrival at the villa & refundable on departure.
